DAVID DOUGLAS, FORMER CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT WITH THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE, JOINS IPSA'S VANCOUVER B.C. OFFICE
Vancouver, British Columbia, November, 14, 2005 - IPSA International, Inc., an international investigative consulting firm, is pleased to announce David Douglas has joined the staff of the Vancouver B.C. office as a Senior Consultant. He will report to Kim Marsh, Managing Director of the Vancouver office.
Mr. Douglas brings 37 years of police service to the firm. He spent 32 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police retiring as a Chief Superintendent in charge of strategically targeting and investigating organized crime in the Pacific region. Mr. Douglas also spent five years as the Chief Officer of the Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia in Vancouver.
"David brings extensive global contacts, senior management experience and advanced interviewing skills to the firm," said Mr. Marsh. "His long and distinguished career will be a tremendous asset to IPSA and we are delighted to have him join the IPSA team."
