IPSA International Announces Acquisition of Vancouver-Based West Coast Investigations & Consulting Inc.
Presence in Vancouver Lays Groundwork For Further Penetration of Asian Market
Toronto, Canada November 11, 2002 - IPSA International, Inc., a premier full-service business risk consulting and investigative services company, announced today that it has acquired Vancouver, BC Canada-based West Coast Investigations and Consulting Inc. (WCIC), a leading global investigative consultancy. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. However under terms of the agreement, WCIC will be fully integrated into IPSA including taking on the IPSA International moniker.
Kenneth I. (Kim) Marsh, the current president of WCIC, will become a Managing Director of IPSA and report into IPSA's Toronto office.
