IPSA INTERNATIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR, AARON K. FOX, TO PRESENT AT THE SEC’S MICROCAP ROUNDTABLE
NEW YORK, NEW YORK, October 7, 2011 - IPSA International, Inc., (IPSA) an international investigative consulting firm, is pleased to announce Aaron K. Fox, IPSA Managing Director, has been asked to participate in the Securities and Exchange Commission Microcap event on October 17th from 1PM to 5PM at the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The purpose of the roundtable is to enable the SEC Commission staff to gather ideas and request input for regulatory measures surrounding the execution, clearance and settlement of low-priced securities. The agenda includes opening remarks from Chairman Mary Schapiro and Robert Khuzami, Director of the Division of Enforcement and three key panel discussions involving: Compliance Challenges Associated with MicroCap Securities, Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring and Potential Changes to the Regulatory Framework Concerning Microcap Securities.
Ms. Fox will sit on the panel at 2:30 PM discussing Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring. Other panel members include Susan DeSantis, Managing Director and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, DTCC, Lynne Johnston, US Head of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, RBC Capital Markets and Bill Park, Director FINRA Department of Enforcement.
