AMY ZECHER OF IPSA INTERNATIONAL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES THE LAW SOCIETY SOLICITORS EXAMINATION

Chicago, IL, October 6, 2004 – IPSA International, Inc., a leading investigative consulting firm, announced today that Amy Zecher, IPSA’s Director of Consulting Services for the Midwest region and Vice Chair Asset Location and Recovery Practice, successfully completed the Solicitor’s Examination of the Law Society in London, the regulatory and representative body for 116,000 solicitors in England and Wales.

Qualifying as a Solicitor provides Ms. Zecher international credibility and a valuable knowledge base to support IPSA’s Asset Location and Recovery Practice. John Boaden, IPSA International’s Asset Location and Recovery Practice Chairman, believes "Amy’s achievement places her and IPSA in a wonderful position to advise and initiate remedies at law which originate from UK Common Law and Statute Law". Ms. Zecher’s knowledge and comprehension of UK common law and various remedies will prove very valuable particularly in asset location and recovery cases as many of the offshore jurisdictions have laws predicated on British law.

Founded in 1825, the Law Society’s primary functions are to regulate and represent solicitors in England and Wales and campaign for law reform in the public interest. Ms. Zecher’s tremendous achievement also earns her the high honor of applying for and being placed on the UK Roll of Solicitors. UK Rolls evolved in the 13th Century when the heraldic devices "coat of arms" gave rise to the first roll of arms, a listing of names with accompanying skills and descriptions.

To become accredited to practice law in England and Wales, Ms. Zecher had to pass the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT), administered under the authority of the Law Society. Additionally, Ms. Zecher was required to show proof that she is licensed to practice in one of the 50 United States, and has at least two years legal practice experience.
