AMY ZECHER OF IPSA INTERNATIONAL ELECTED VICE CHAIR OF THE INTERNATIONAL AND FOREIGN LAW COMMITTEE OF THE CHICAGO BAR ASSOCIATION

Chicago, IL, September 8, 2004 – IPSA International, Inc., a leading investigative consulting firm, announced today that Amy Zecher, Director of Consulting Services for the Midwest region and Vice Chair Asset Recovery for IPSA International, has been elected to serve as the Vice Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s International and Foreign Law Committee.

Serving as Vice Chair, Ms. Zecher will be responsible for organizing monthly presentations of speakers on various topics and coordinating the committee’s spring meeting. Ms. Zecher will also be working with the Chairman of the committee on establishing a delegation to Cuba. The International and Foreign Law Committee will work to promote other overseas ventures including educational programs for U.S. attorneys in an overseas jurisdiction to better educate U.S. attorneys on the laws and regulations that are applicable in an international case brought out of the United States.
