IPSA INTERNATIONAL NAMES DAN WACHTLER PRESIDENT AND CEO
Phoenix, AZ, April 21, 2005 – IPSA International, Inc., a leading investigative consulting firm, announced today that Dan Wachtler has been named the firm’s new President and CEO. The former CEO and President, Mr. Jamie Keating, will continue to serve the company as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Wachtler is a 13-year industry veteran who has served in both sales and operational management roles at IPSA. Mr. Wachtler has held several executive management positions including his most recent as Vice President of Domestic Operations. Mr. Wachtler also held the position of Vice President Western Operations where he was fiscally responsible for all offices in the Western United States. Prior to IPSA, Mr. Wachtler managed a large business unit for American Protective Services (APS), the former parent company of IPSA International, Inc.

Mr. Wachtler earned a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
