The Honorable John P. Manley
The Honorable John Manley, is appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE), a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization composed of the CEOs of Canada's leading enterprises. Mr. Manley joined IPSA International, Inc. as a board member in May 2008.
Formerly, Mr. Manley served as Counsel at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, a law firm specializing in integrated business law and litigation services. Mr. Manley has also held several senior level positions in the Canadian Government, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. For the role he played following the September 11, 2001 attacks, he was named TIME Canada Magazine’s “Newsmaker of the Year.” In 2007, Mr. Manley was named chair of the Independent Panel on Canada’s Future Role in Afghanistan by the Prime Minister. He is a Director of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Nortel Networks and Canadian Pacific Railway and sits on a number of advisory Boards and not-for-profit organizations.
The Board of Advisors is tasked with providing advice to IPSA’s leadership with respect to matters identified by the executive team including: the Company’s operating strategy and activities related to potential Company acquisitions and international expansion plans.
