Who We Are
IPSA International, Inc. is a premier global provider of investigative consulting services – in the areas of anti-money laundering, intellectual property, asset location, fraud and due diligence – serving the corporate, legal and financial communities. IPSA provides valued services that help our clients mitigate risks and assist them in making better decisions affecting business opportunity, corporate consequence and corporate or individual litigation strategy. History
In 1993, IPSA International, Inc., was established as the investigative and consulting division of a large contract security company, American Protective Services (APS). IPSA’s start included two small offices – one in San Francisco and one in Los Angeles – and a charter to assist clients with their investigative, security consulting and asset protection needs. In January, 2000, IPSA became IPSA International, Inc., a stand-alone entity. In November 2005, IPSA was acquired by a group of its senior management team, lead by President & CEO Dan Wachtler. Today, IPSA has offices in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, resources in over 75 countries worldwide and a talent base that is focused on assisting clients in making better-informed decisions to protect their investments and assets.
