Colleen McKeown
Ms. Colleen McKeown joined IPSA International, Inc. as a member of the Board of Advisors in April 2008. Ms. McKeown is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications of ON Semiconductor, a $2.2B semiconductor company with operations in over 21 countries. In her role, Ms. McKeown is responsible for human resources, communications and security. Prior to joining ON Semi in 2005, she worked as an independent consultant for private equity companies at Gate Gourmet and US Airways.
From 2000 to 2003, Ms. McKeown served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at eFunds Corporation, a publically traded provider of banking services in the US, UK, Canada and India. Previously, she served as Chief Administrative Officer for iDLX, a joint venture company with HCL of India. Throughout Ms. McKeown’s professional career, she has held a variety of senior level positions in sales, human resources, and labor relations in some of the nation’s largest companies, such as PepsiCo, Ford Motor Company and Northwest Airlines.
In her work experience, Ms. McKeown has worked with public and private boards, performed due diligence and integration efforts in a number of different industries, and worked on a variety of turn-around and transformation situations in global companies.
